Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number , unit # and street name, city, province/state, and postal code/zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping within Canada and the United States is free. All international shipping will be calculated at check-out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Shipping within Canada can take up to 8 business days to arrive, depending on location. Shipping to the United States can take up to 14 business days depending on location. If you have specific questions about shipping please send us an email at help@peoplesproduct.ca

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, Peoples Product is not responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers, outside of Canada, are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and cannot be refunded.

RETURNS
